These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Pageloot Affiliate Program (“Program”) offered by Pageloot OÜ, Kadaka tee 7, 12915 Tallinn, Estonia (“Pageloot”, “we”, “us”). The Program is operated via the Reditus partner platform (getreditus.com). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. - Get approved, use your unique affiliate links, and follow disclosure & platform rules.
- Commissions and cookie window are as shown in your Reditus Dashboard / Program Page; exclusions apply.
- No PPC on brand terms (“Pageloot”, “Pageloot QR”, “pglt”, “qrcd”) or our domains (pageloot.com, app.pageloot.com, pglt.me, qrcd.ee).
- Payouts follow the schedule/method in your Dashboard; threshold applies.
1. Overview & Enrollment
- Apply via Reditus. We may approve or reject at our discretion. Program participation is non-exclusive.
- No partnership/joint venture is formed; neither Party may bind the other.
- Order of precedence: (i) Additional Program terms shown in the Dashboard/Program Page; (ii) Program variables (cookie window, rates, thresholds, payout method/schedule); (iii) these Terms.
2. Definitions
- Account: your Reditus account.
- Lead: a potential customer referred via your approved links/tools.
- Eligible Transaction: a tracked purchase/renewal that meets the Program rules and isn’t refunded/charged back/fraudulent or self-referred.
3. Accounts & Reditus Access
- Keep credentials confidential; do not share your Account.
- Use only the latest links and assets from Reditus/Dashboard.
4. Program Links & Tracking
- Use your unique affiliate links. No cloaking, framing, cookie stuffing, or tampering with tracking.
- Attribution method and cookie window are as stated in your Dashboard/Program Page.
- We aren’t responsible for tracking blocked by user/device/browser settings or third parties.
5. Commissions
- Commission rates and eligible products/plans are as displayed in your Dashboard/Program Page.
- No commission for: prior customers; untracked/indirect purchases; refunds/chargebacks; self-referrals; policy/law violations; taxes/fees.
- We may reverse/withhold commissions for fraud, refunds, chargebacks, or breaches.
6. Payouts
- Payout schedule, currency, minimum threshold, and payment method are as shown in your Dashboard (e.g., monthly “up to 30 days”, threshold €50, via PayPal).
- You’re responsible for taxes. Commissions are deemed inclusive of VAT/levies. Payment-processing/exchange fees are your responsibility.
- Specs/invoices may be provided via Reditus; notify errors within 7 days or they’re deemed accepted.
7. Acceptable Marketing & Prohibited Conduct
- Brand safety. No deceptive/misleading/defamatory/unlawful claims; don’t imply partnership beyond this Program.
- PPC & SEO. No bidding on “Pageloot”, “Pageloot QR”, “pglt”, “qrcd”, misspellings, or our domains (pageloot.com, app.pageloot.com, pglt.me, qrcd.ee). Don’t use our URLs as display URLs.
- Advertising rules. No spam or forced clicks; follow Google/Meta/X/TikTok/YouTube/email laws.
- Coupons. Only advertise approved coupons from your Dashboard.
- Software/adware. No adware/spyware/toolbars/extensions that inject/overwrite cookies.
- Impersonation. Don’t represent yourself as Pageloot staff/agent.
8. Content Standards & Brand Assets
- Use approved logos/creative; don’t modify except proportional resizing. Maintain clear space/contrast.
- No adult/hate/illegal/IP-infringing/privacy-violating placements.
9. Disclosures & Compliance
- Provide clear, conspicuous affiliate disclosures (FTC/EU rules) on every page/post/video with links.
- Comply with all applicable laws, platform policies, and industry codes.
- If you collect personal data for your marketing, you act as an independent controller for that activity.
10. Data & Confidentiality
- We may share aggregated performance data to operate the Program. Treat non-public information as confidential.
11. Intellectual Property
- Pageloot retains all IP in its services, software, and materials. You may use our name/marks/assets solely to promote the Services under these Terms.
12. Term, Suspension & Termination
- These Terms apply while you participate. Either party may terminate at any time, with immediate effect, by written notice.
- We may suspend/terminate for inactivity, non-compliance, fraud, or brand-safety concerns.
- Optional buyout. We may terminate and pay a buyout fee equal to the average monthly commission from the last 3 months × remaining months in any stated commission period (if applicable). Where no commission period is stated, no buyout applies.
- Upon termination, stop using our assets and remove links. Unpaid eligible commissions accrued prior to termination may be paid at our discretion, net of adjustments.
13. Disclaimer
The Program is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee conversions, payouts, or uninterrupted tracking.
14. Limitation of Liability
- No indirect/special/incidental/consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data, goodwill).
- Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of €100 or the commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the event.
- Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnity
You will indemnify Pageloot against claims and costs arising from your marketing/content or your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
16. Program Changes
We may update or discontinue the Program or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via Reditus/Dashboard or email; continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. For business users, the courts of Harju County Court, Tallinn have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. Miscellaneous
- Assignment. You may not assign without our consent; we may assign in connection with reorganization/merger/acquisition/sale of assets.
- Entire Agreement. These Terms + Program variables in your Dashboard/Program Page constitute the entire agreement for the Program.
- Severability; No Waiver. If a provision is invalid, the remainder stays effective; failure to enforce is not a waiver.
- Order of Precedence. As stated in Section 1.
- Survival. Sections 7–16 and 18–19 survive termination.
