exclusions apply.<\/li>\n          <li>No PPC on brand terms (\u201cPageloot\u201d, \u201cPageloot QR\u201d, \u201cpglt\u201d, \u201cqrcd\u201d) or our domains (pageloot.com, app.pageloot.com, pglt.me, qrcd.ee).<\/li>\n          <li>Payouts follow the schedule\/method in your Dashboard; threshold applies.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <h2 id=\"1\">1. Overview & Enrollment<\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Apply via Reditus. We may approve or reject at our discretion. Program participation is non-exclusive.<\/li>\n        <li>No partnership\/joint venture is formed; neither Party may bind the other.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Order of precedence:<\/strong> (i) Additional Program terms shown in the Dashboard\/Program Page; (ii) Program variables (cookie window, rates, thresholds, payout method\/schedule); (iii) these Terms.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h2 id=\"2\">2. Definitions<\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li><strong>Account:<\/strong> your Reditus account.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Lead:<\/strong> a potential customer referred via your approved links\/tools.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Eligible Transaction:<\/strong> a tracked purchase\/renewal that meets the Program rules and isn\u2019t refunded\/charged back\/fraudulent or self-referred.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h2 id=\"3\">3. Accounts & Reditus Access<\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Keep credentials confidential; do not share your Account.<\/li>\n        <li>Use only the latest links and assets from Reditus\/Dashboard.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h2 id=\"4\">4. Program Links & Tracking<\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Use your unique affiliate links. No cloaking, framing, cookie stuffing, or tampering with tracking.<\/li>\n        <li>Attribution method and cookie window are as stated in your Dashboard\/Program Page.<\/li>\n        <li>We aren\u2019t responsible for tracking blocked by user\/device\/browser settings or third parties.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h2 id=\"5\">5. Commissions<\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Commission rates and eligible products\/plans are as displayed in your Dashboard\/Program Page.<\/li>\n        <li>No commission for: prior customers; untracked\/indirect purchases; refunds\/chargebacks; self-referrals; policy\/law violations; taxes\/fees.<\/li>\n        <li>We may reverse\/withhold commissions for fraud, refunds, chargebacks, or breaches.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h2 id=\"6\">6. Payouts<\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Payout schedule, currency, minimum threshold, and payment method are as shown in your Dashboard (e.g., monthly \u201cup to 30 days\u201d, threshold \u20ac50, via PayPal).<\/li>\n        <li>You\u2019re responsible for taxes. Commissions are deemed inclusive of VAT\/levies. Payment-processing\/exchange fees are your responsibility.<\/li>\n        <li>Specs\/invoices may be provided via Reditus; notify errors within 7 days or they\u2019re deemed accepted.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h2 id=\"7\">7. Acceptable Marketing & Prohibited Conduct<\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li><strong>Brand safety.<\/strong> No deceptive\/misleading\/defamatory\/unlawful claims; don\u2019t imply partnership beyond this Program.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>PPC & SEO.<\/strong> No bidding on \u201cPageloot\u201d, \u201cPageloot QR\u201d, \u201cpglt\u201d, \u201cqrcd\u201d, misspellings, or our domains (pageloot.com, app.pageloot.com, pglt.me, qrcd.ee). Don\u2019t use our URLs as display URLs.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Advertising rules.<\/strong> No spam or forced clicks; follow Google\/Meta\/X\/TikTok\/YouTube\/email laws.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Coupons.<\/strong> Only advertise approved coupons from your Dashboard.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Software\/adware.<\/strong> No adware\/spyware\/toolbars\/extensions that inject\/overwrite cookies.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Impersonation.<\/strong> Don\u2019t represent yourself as Pageloot staff\/agent.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h2 id=\"8\">8. Content Standards & Brand Assets<\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Use approved logos\/creative; don\u2019t modify except proportional resizing. Maintain clear space\/contrast.<\/li>\n        <li>No adult\/hate\/illegal\/IP-infringing\/privacy-violating placements.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h2 id=\"9\">9. Disclosures & Compliance<\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Provide clear, conspicuous affiliate disclosures (FTC\/EU rules) on every page\/post\/video with links.<\/li>\n        <li>Comply with all applicable laws, platform policies, and industry codes.<\/li>\n        <li>If you collect personal data for your marketing, you act as an independent controller for that activity.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h2 id=\"10\">10. Data & Confidentiality<\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li>We may share aggregated performance data to operate the Program. Treat non-public information as confidential.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h2 id=\"11\">11. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Pageloot retains all IP in its services, software, and materials. You may use our name\/marks\/assets solely to promote the Services under these Terms.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h2 id=\"12\">12. Term, Suspension & Termination<\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li>These Terms apply while you participate. Either party may terminate at any time, with immediate effect, by written notice.<\/li>\n        <li>We may suspend\/terminate for inactivity, non-compliance, fraud, or brand-safety concerns.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>Optional buyout.<\/strong> We may terminate and pay a buyout fee equal to the average monthly commission from the last 3 months \u00d7 remaining months in any stated commission period (if applicable). Where no commission period is stated, no buyout applies.<\/li>\n        <li>Upon termination, stop using our assets and remove links. Unpaid eligible commissions accrued prior to termination may be paid at our discretion, net of adjustments.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h2 id=\"13\">13. Disclaimer<\/h2>\n      <p>The Program is provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d. We do not guarantee conversions, payouts, or uninterrupted tracking.<\/p>\n\n      <h2 id=\"14\">14. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li>No indirect\/special\/incidental\/consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data, goodwill).<\/li>\n        <li>Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of <strong>\u20ac100<\/strong> or the commissions paid to you in the <strong>12 months<\/strong> preceding the event.<\/li>\n        <li>Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h2 id=\"15\">15. Indemnity<\/h2>\n      <p>You will indemnify Pageloot against claims and costs arising from your marketing\/content or your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n      <h2 id=\"16\">16. Program Changes<\/h2>\n      <p>We may update or discontinue the Program or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via Reditus\/Dashboard or email; continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.<\/p>\n\n      <h2 id=\"17\">17. Notices<\/h2>\n      <p>Program notices may be provided via Reditus, your Dashboard, or email. Legal notices to us: <a href=\"mailto:legal@pageloot.com\">legal@pageloot.com<\/a>. Support: <a href=\"mailto:support@pageloot.com\">support@pageloot.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n      <h2 id=\"18\">18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n      <p>These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. For business users, the courts of <strong>Harju County Court, Tallinn<\/strong> have exclusive jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n      <h2 id=\"19\">19.
